The Position

The Web Developer will be responsible for developing sophisticated web sites and must know front- and back-end web development at an expert level.
Required Experience
* Expert, hands-on knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX as well as other web development/production tools
* Experience translating comps and wireframes into flexible and usable code templates
* Extensive knowledge of PHP/MySQL
* Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
* Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility for dynamic web applications
* Familiarity with and adherence to web standards
* Solid oral and written English communication skills
Desirable Experience
* Experience with systems administration
* Experience with Java, JSP, Servlets and XML
* Experience with source/version control software
* Experience with relational databases and knowledge of SQL and RDBMS tools and utilities
* Experience with Flash, ActionScript
* Experience with CMS development

Front-end Web Developer

The Front-end Web Developer will be responsible for creating sophisticated, beautiful web sites.  We are looking for someone who possesses top-notch technical skills, a great sense of style, and an intuitive understanding of user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of post-college work experience, but we will also consider applications from recent grads with great portfolios.

Required Experience
