Our Team

Global Thinking is an independently-owned company based in Alexandria, Virginia. Our team is comprised of problem-solvers from a wide range of backgrounds spanning marketing, creative and technology disciplines.  We are continually expanding our ranks by hiring top graduates from major universities as well as proven leaders from inside the new media, publishing and marketing industries. This enables us to offer each client access to the talent required for the job at hand, whether it is design, development, or planning skills that are required.

Our Story

We started off 30 years ago as Global Printing, a company offering "one-stop shopping" for customers looking to create, print, and distribute their message in both large- and small-scale marketing campaigns. As our reputation grew, so did our portfolio, and before long we'd established ourselves as one of the top printing companies in the Washington, DC area.

Our focus has always been the development of an ongoing relationship with our clients. We want to be your partner for the long haul, not for just a few weeks. A lot of our clients felt the same way - which is why they started asking us for help on projects that extended beyond print and data marketing.

And that's how Global Thinking got its start. We began looking at communications from a more holistic standpoint - incorporating online design and technology, strengthening our understanding of data infrastructure, and exploring more advanced methods of customer relationship management. In other words, expanding our creative and practical horizons, while remembering that each company is different and that process without purpose is a waste of time and money.
